Brown/Crane Families...

Every once in a while you will have a family that is super determined to have their photos taken, no matter the cost.  This was the case with this family.  With their sister home from away, they wanted family photos taken...even though it was -12 with the windchill....BRRRRRRrrrrrr....These days always bring issues of lack of natural light, and freezing bodies, but we made the best of it, and managed to get some wonderful shots.  I love black and white, but with the awesome colors of the graffiti in the background it almost feels like a crime to post them in b/w...I managed to squeeze one in.  I love that I was asked to keep the seaweed in the photos...as it stays true to the location! At the end you will find a few impromptu photos of Miss F...who happens to be my friends daughter :)  Hope you enjoy!

My Princess Jacklyn....

I thought it was finally time to post some photos of my beautiful girl.  It was nearing nap time when i decided on this impromptu photo shoot, but we managed.  OFFICIALLY INTRODUCING.....JACKLYN!

A preview for Jeff and Peggy....

Our original day to meet was postponed when we were drenched in rain the day before Halloween.  We didnt let it get us down and luckily since we had such a mild fall some of the leaves were still on the trees when we met up the following weekend.  This is the third time that I have gotten the opportunity to photograph these beauties and they made it an easy task.  We had all kinds of fun playing in the leaves and a few good laughs as little "R" kept asking *whispering* "whats that sound?"...it was the wind in the trees!!  Too CUTE!  Enjoy!

It was a busy day at the Rotary park for photographers on the day that I met up with Marlene and Shawn for their family photos.  It is always tricky to get the little ones to focus on their photos but their boys did great!  Here is a sneak peek of some photos from our time together....

Well its been awhile since I took a break during my pregnancy, and now that our daughter Jacklyn is finally here I've decided to take on a few appointments here and there.  My very first appointment was with an old college friend and her husband and family.  We had all kinds of fun in the leaves and at the playground.  Here are a few images from our time together.  Hope you enjoy!

PROM- Sneak Peek!

So as most of you know, I have taken a bit of a break (although I wish I didn't have to) from my photography until our little bundle arrives this fall....so I am sure you will be surprised to see these photos posted.  I promised friends of ours that I would photograph their son and his friends for Prom, so I had to keep my promise :D

It was wonderful to get behind the camera again, especially on such a wonderful occasion, but it was certainly a reminder as to why I am taking a break.  I was exhausted and soooo sore!  But,  I hope it was worth it and that the Grad's enjoy their sneak Peek!
