After all the rain FINALLY stopped it was nice to get back outside for some more fall photos before all of the leaves lost their colors and things start to get muddy (and snowy :P). This brother and sister combo LOVED it outside in the woods and you can tell by their great smiles. Brother "T" was full of energy and Sister "S" was a natural in front of the camera. And, of course, it was great to get some lovely shots of Mom and Dad as well. :D
I am self taught, natural light photographer who particulary enjoys photographing in black and white as well as children and family portraits. I hold no limitations and am willing to do or try anything for a client. As a working mother of two, I understood the need for affordable, quality photography to highlight and document the lives of not only my child but those moments held so dearly to others - and with this vision, NikPik Photography was created.

Happy Thanksgiving
I hope that everyone enjoyed thier Thanksgiving weekend, and that they were able to enjoy it surrounded by friends and family. I am thankful for many things in my life, but I don't need thanksgiving to make me reflect on the the thing that I am most thankful for - My Son. Here are a few pictures of my son, from our thanksgiving weekend.

Preview for Jennifer
Preview for Megan and Corey
Sneak Peek for Holly and David
Its always rewarding to photograph new parents, particually young ones. I love the aura that comes from a shoot like this. The love, the emotion, it truley is special. Baby "A" was pooped out (lol, no pun intended) by the end of the day...but like they always say "there is nothing more precious than a sleeping baby "...
Preview for Ashley and Fraser
I can only say one thing-ADORABLE... ok, maybe more than one thing but the point is, these kids were absolutely adorable. Their light hair and gorgeous eyes are a dream to photograph! Little "B" and "A" look so much alike and doesnt take much to see that they will be heartbreakers when they grow up for sure! :) Thanks for travelling to summerside guys!
